Julie Dwyer is a multi-passionate PhD candidate in Psychology, specializing in organizational change and implementation science. Named one of Atlantic Business Magazine’s 25 Most Powerful Women (2025) and recipient of NLHS’s largest Quality Healthcare Award (2024),  she has worked with 30,000+ people to deliver evidence-based, embodied strategies that drive sustainable change and peak performance.

As a researcher, university lecturer, consultant, and certified movement and meditation guide, Julie blends mindfulness, somatics, and science to help individuals, teams, and organizations thrive—in ways that are practical, inclusive, and deeply human. As the founder of the first trauma-informed training institute in Eastern Canada, she is dedicated to creating safer systems through education, embodiment, and equity-focused leadership.

Centre for Mindfulness (CFM) is a consultation and training company specializing in educational experiences for individuals, teams, and workplaces. We partner with organizations across both the public and private sectors to deliver consulting, training, program development and evaluation, policy support, keynote speaking, and more. Our mission is to advance equitable access to evidence-based, psychoeducational wellness resources. To date, we've collaborated with over 100 organizations to co-create sustainable, systems-level change.
